Clash Toolbox Scope and Content Maintenance

Clash Toolbox organizes resources for Clash client downloads, subscription imports, routing rules, and troubleshooting, with a focus on choosing the right client, starting a configuration, and diagnosing connection issues.

What This Site Provides

This site offers independently written Clash guides and trusted download links for Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, and Linux. Content is organized around practical tasks: choosing a client for your platform, importing a subscription, switching proxy modes, understanding rule matching, and finding the right checks when a configuration fails.

Clash Open-Source Ecosystem Background

The original Clash project established the core workflow for configuration files, policy groups, and rule-based routing. Clash Meta later expanded protocol, DNS, and traffic-interception capabilities; its core is now generally maintained under the name mihomo. Graphical clients such as FlClash and Clash Verge Rev can use the mihomo core, but their interfaces, release schedules, and platform support differ. When choosing a client, confirm the operating system, processor architecture, and core type.

Content Maintenance Standards

Download pages cross-check client names, platform architectures, file types, and download paths against public release records and version lists. Guides follow real operating procedures, identifying menu locations, setting functions, and expected results; key steps are updated first when interfaces change. For DNS, TUN, Fake-IP, and rule overrides, each guide also explains suitable use cases and recovery steps.

Responsible Use

Clash Toolbox is an information and usage guide site, not the developer of any listed client or core project. Users are responsible for their use of software, subscriptions, and rules. Follow applicable laws, network service terms, and organizational policies, and only handle network connections and configurations you are authorized to use.

Find Help

For installation or connection issues, start with the FAQ. For first-time setup, follow the User Guide to import a subscription, choose a mode, and check the connection.
